These Terms govern your use of the institutional websites operated by ServiceRelay AI Inc., including servicerelayai.com, roofrelayai.com, piperelayai.com, and related subdomains.
1. Acceptance
By accessing our sites you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the sites. These Terms cover only the institutional sites and investor area. Use of our SaaS platform (mission control, customer data, billing) is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement.
2. Use restrictions
You agree not to attempt unauthorized access to investor materials, careers data, or administrative endpoints; not to scrape beyond robots.txt; not to reverse-engineer the platform; not to send spam, phishing, or malicious content; not to misrepresent your identity when submitting forms.
3. Investor NDA
Access to the investor data room is granted only after digital execution of our mutual NDA. The NDA is binding for 24 months from execution. Breach may result in legal action including injunctive relief and damages. Trade secret protection survives indefinitely.
4. Intellectual property
All content on our sites is property of ServiceRelay AI Inc. except where third-party attribution is given. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited, except for press kit materials used for legitimate editorial coverage.
5. Submissions
By submitting a careers application, contact message, or other form, you grant ServiceRelay a non-exclusive license to use that submission for the purpose stated (review, response, outreach).
6. Disclaimers
The sites are provided 'as is' without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Forward-looking statements in investor materials are estimates and may differ materially from actual results.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServiceRelay's total liability arising out of these Terms shall not exceed one hundred dollars (USD 100). We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the Delaware Chancery Court or other courts of competent jurisdiction in Delaware.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted here with a new 'Last updated' date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
